mibisita ko sa imong gipanghambog new website sa kitcharao… it is almost a duplication of this website.
barangay pages cannot be commented nor posted on
it lacks navigational tools in every page.
it could have been better…if you were updating that website every week i.e.you can update the world wide web on the concurrent projects and programs of Kitcharao LGU…otherwise just deface and let the cyberspace consummed that website, because there is nothing new and interesting in kitcharao to project yet.
kitcharao and the people has very minimal changes if not retrogressed in mentality and attitude, way back to its creation many years ago.
paradoxical analogy: lake mainit is flowing while people around it is stagnant.
HELLO KITCHARAONON!
THE LGU O KITCHARAO CREATED OFFICIAL WEBSITE BLOG OF THE MUNICIPALITY WHICH IS LOCATED AT http://kitcharaoagusan.wordpress.com.
Check it out!!!!
HEAVEN AND HELL
“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” – Thomas Edison
While walking down the street one day a Corrupt Philippine Senator was tragically hit by a car and died.
His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.
“Welcome to heaven,” says St. Peter. “Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we’re not sure what to do with you.”
“No problem, just let me in,” says the Senator.
“Well, I’d like to, but I have orders from the higher ups. What we’ll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity.”
“Really?, I’ve made up my mind. I want to be in heaven,” says the Senator.
“I’m sorry, but we have our rules.”
And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.
Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the Filipino people.
They played a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and the finest champagne.
Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly guy who is having a good time dancing and telling jokes.
They are all having such a good time that before the Senator realizes it, it is time to go.
Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises…
The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens in heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him, “Now it’s time to visit heaven.”
So, 24 hours passed with the Senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.
“Well, then, you’ve spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity.”
The Senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: “Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell.”
So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
Now the doors of the elevator open and he’s in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage. He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.
The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulders.
“I don’t understand,” stammers the Senator. “Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there’s just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?”
The devil smiles at him and says, “Yesterday we were campaigning …Today, you voted.”

To: Mr Mcann
Criminals exist in diffetrent forms, in time and place. Where in the world you can’t find one? Iv’e been in different places and see criminals in whatever genus and species
scattered around. Our very own Kitcharao is not in anyway excused.
I’ve been in Kitcharao for a considerable period of time, let’s say, i spent my entire highschool days in Kitcharao. Yes, I’ve known few incidents of killings, physical injuries, theft, but dont heard of robbery, rape, carnapping, and other heinous crimes. What i want to convey is that i object in the highest term, the way you expose Kitcharao to the world. It is not at all a habitat of criminals. The malfeasance and misdemeanor of irresposible few, should not at all besmear the good reputation of the entire municipality.
There is a principle in Logic that; what is true in particular, may not be true in universal. What is true to some, may not be true to the whole, otherwise, we commit a fallacy of false generalization. Kitcharao will remain wonderful as it was, despite the presence of those you mentined as criminals.
We can point out our fingers directly to those you mentioned without touching the fine name of Kitcharao. Of course, for the worse individuals, ironically the elected ones, they’re like pollution to the air and water of Kitcharao. They have no right a minute to stay in office.
Dear Mr W.,
I love Kitcharao and the shore of the lake.
I fell in love with the place the first time I saw it. I think I was the first European to take such an interest in the place.
However, please understand that I have written repeatedly to the Mayor, the Civil Engineer, and appealed to prominent citizens such as the Catholic priest, to bring about a resolution of the terrible crimes committed against my house and my family, and they all just ignored me.
That is why I wrote what I wrote. It comes easily to me, as writing is my job and my hobby and my talent, so I responded in that way to the conspiracy of silence, the culture of corruption in that place.
The point is, this should have been dealt with in a robust manner as soon as I wrote to the Mayor of Kitcharao about it many years ago. The fact that the mayor has remained completely silent on this is a matter of grave suspicion as to the extent of the culture of corruption in Kitcharao.
I expect you understand that the final arbiter of every unresolved issues in a civilized country like ours is the Court.
I suppose you are not blabbering things out without hard evidence. So, get yourself a counsellor at law who will assist you in filing a formal complaint against those whom you believed have violated your rights including those government officials who according to you had purportedly connived to perpetuate a crime against you or your wife.
Rather than venturing on generalizations which unfortunately has had a bad effect on my cherished birthplace, YOU HAMMER THE NAIL RIGHT ON ITS HEAD!
Tom,
Your writing skills is EXCELLENT! Obviously, you are able to convey to your readers the magnitude and intensity of your emotions at the time you wrote those comments.
You could have done great service to our beloved Kitcharao and not just paid lip service to it if you simply directed your grievances against those people whom you accused of doing injustice to you and your betterhalf and NOT RESORTED TO GENERALIZATIONS PERTAINING TO MY NATIVE LAND-KITCHARAO.
Acts of two or three people can never be categorized as CULTURE. So, please avoid generalizations.
I can help your legal problem if you want to.
Thank you..
Yeah.
Salvador Junio and Damian Galo will pretend that there is no property fraud and no land theft in San Roque / Kitcharao …………….
but everybody knows what is happening in the municipality of kitcharao
We have to face this.
A CULTURE OF CORRUPTION
and
A CULTURE OF IMPUNITY
in the municipality of Kitcharao.
Salvador Junio’s wife, Mrs Junio, openly commits the grave offence of FALSE ARREST, and nobody puts Mrs Junio in jail.
Damian Galo, “municipal treasurer” of Kitcharao, openly advertises himself as a criminal by issuing FAKE tax receipts to facilitate land theft in return for bribe money, and yet Damian Galo is still walking free on the streets of our town.
Kitcharao is a town where known criminals openly walk free on our streets – criminals such as Damian Galo, Salvador Junio, Danny Merida, Rose Rangas, and many others.
These people have committed very serious criminal offences in daylight in front of hundreds of witnesses.
And still Salvador Junio is walking free on our streets, although he has openly advertised himself as a criminal by committing very serious offences in daylight in front of hundreds of witnesses.
Get a bit of self respect, you useless bums in the municipality of Kitcharao.
There is NO HOPE for a town which does not jail its criminals.
Salvador A. Junio – the sneaky little coward of San Roque who lets his wife control him.
Salvador Junio will never have the courage to look into a man’s face, and will never have the courage to answer a man when a man speaks to him.
Salvador Junio, the sneaky little coward of San Roque only shouts abuse at women while the men are at a distance, and then looks down at the floor and refuses to answer when a man comes near.
